Forgot Username or Password?

If you're having difficulty signing in to your secure client portal or need to reset your login credentials, please follow the steps below.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to the Client Portal login page.

2. Beneath the Log In button, click "Click here".

3. When prompted with "Please select an option," choose either:

   • I forgot my username, or

   • I forgot my password

4. On the appropriate Recover Username or Reset Password screen:

   • To recover your username, enter the email address associated with your account.

   • To reset your password, enter your username.

5. Click Submit.

The system will email you either your username or instructions to reset your password.

If you do not remember your username, please contact our office directly at (831) 373-3151.
Our team can assist you in retrieving your username; however, for your security, we cannot view or reset passwords on your behalf.
